What is the difference between a red OEB and a white OEB?

A
  1. Both Red and white indicates that non compliance with the recommended procedures may have a significant impact on the safe operation of the aircraft.
  2. Difference: With red OEB, operators are are required to provide all flight crews with these OEB’s without delay while white allows the operators 30 days from the date of publication to apply the OEB
