What were doom paintings?

A

Doom paintings were used to remind medieval peasants of what would happen when they die. They showed the difference between heaven and hell. They were sited at the back of a church so everyone saw them.

A

A person who whips themselves o punish themselves so Good didn’t have to.

What is the 4 humours

A

People believed that the body was made up of 4 things: blood, yellow bile, black bile and phlegm. They believed that if. You had bad blood then you had to let some of it out or you would get the plague.
