Maintenance dose for long conveyance: 50-100 mcg IN every 10 minutes as required, maximum total dose 250 mcg/hr.

Consider halving doses in patients >65 years of age.

• Consider starting at 0.5 mg/kg use subsequent doses of 0.25 mg/kg or less as needed.
