A

Loading dose: 0.5-1.0 mcg/kg IM/OV/IO, max single dose 100 mcg. May repeat every 5 minutes, maximum total dose of 300 mcg.

Maintenance dose for long conveyance: 50 mcg IM\IV\IO every 10 minutes, maximum total dose 250 mcg/hr

Loading dose: 1.5-2.0 mcg/kg IN, max single dose 100 mcg, May repeat every 5 minutes, maximum total dose of 300 mcg.

Maintenance dose for long conveyance: 50-100 mcg IN every 10 minutes as required, maximum total dose 250 mcg/hr.

Consider halving doses in patients >65 years of age.

  • 1 mg/kg is shock index is equal or >1. (SPB equal or less than pulse)

MAINTENANCE:
- Half of required induction dose every 10-15 minutes as required.
