How often can paracetamol be given?
Every 4-6 hours with 4g max daily in people over 50kg.

What is the difference between codeine, codeine phosphate and dihydrocodeine?
DHC is not a pro drug so does not mean that it has to be broken down by the liver. Therefore metabolism is more regular and it can be x1-1.5 stronger than codeine.
What significance does eating grapefruit have when taking certain medications?
Grapefruit inhibits cytochrome P450, CYP3A4 which is involved in the metabolising drugs such as a calcium channel blocker. Therefore the levels of the drug are increased when grapefruit is consumed.
Side effect of an ACE inhibitor?
Dry cough

Tinnitus or hearing loss due to aspirin-induced ototoxicity.
