atypical antipsychotic drugs

SSRIs
used to treat depression, especially when melancholic. may also be prescribed for OCD, bulimia, panic disorder, and PTSD.

used for non-endogenous and atypical depressions that included anxiety, reversed vegetative symptoms , and interpersonal sensitivity.

a newer antidepressant, used for major depression, OCD, or generalized anxiety disorder

a newer antidepressant, used to treat major depression and depressive phase of bipolar disorder

used to treat mania and bipolar disorder, used when lithium is not effective

used to treat insomnia but now rarely prescribed due to dangerous side effects.
