- May I be free from danger
- May I have mental happiness
- May I have physical happiness
- May I have ease of well- being
- May I embody my love and understanding
- May I make a friend of my body
- May I be healed from emotional and verbal abuse and relationship trauma
- May I dwell in peace
- May I be happy. May I be well. May others be happy.
- Perhaps within everything terrible in their deepest being there is something that needs our love
- May I accept this “difficult aspect of myself”
