Refers to the violation of a law or a right

Constitutes the ornamental or aesthetic aspect of an article.

refers to creations of the mind, such as inventions; literary and artistic works; designs; symbols, name, and images in commerce.
Intellectual property
is an exclusive right granted for an invention
Patent
an act or instance of using or closely imitating the language and thoughts of other author without authorization
Plagiarism
the unauthorized reproduction or use of a copyright book, recording, television, program, patented innovation, trademarked product, etc
Piracy
is a sign capable of distinguishing the goods or services of enterprise from those of other enterprises
trademark

The writer copies significant portions or straight from a single source, without alteration.
