difference between a systematic error and a random error in the measurement of a physical quality

A

systematic errors are associated w equipment errors or experiment flaws, which lead to all measured values being either greater or lesser than the true value by a fixed value.

random errors are errors in measurements that are inherently unpredictable and lead to measured values being scattered unpredictably about a mean.
