What are the differences between IPMS3 and NIA
They are similar under IPMS3
The perimeter measurement is taken to the IDF
Columns are included
No exclusion for restricted areas (1.5m restricted head room)
On floors with multiple occupiers the measurements are taken to the midpoint of partition
