- Mary become pregnant through the Holy Spirit and Joseph is commanded by an angel to take her to wife and to call the child Jesus.

A
- Jesus is born in Bethlehem.
- The Magi visit Herod looking for Jesus, who calls together priests and teachers. He sends the Magi to find Jesus and report back.
- Joseph is warned in a dream and flees into Egypt with his family.
- Herod realizes that he’s been tricked and kills all the boys two and under.
- Herod dies, Joseph gets another dream, they return and go to live in Nazareth.

- John the Baptist preaches in the wilderness of Judea and prepares the way for Jesus.
- Jesus comes and is baptized. God the Father testifies that Jesus is His Son.

- Jesus begins to preach.
- Jesus calls Peter and Andrew, and then James and John.
Jesus goes about healing, and His fame begins to build, and crowds come to Him from all over.
