Collective action should be used to guide us toward individual freedom

Instead of it being used for disposable time, capitalists see it to be used for a surplus of labour

Production processes leaves the worker feeling alienated from the product, themselves, human identity, and others

Our labour is coerced, if we do not produce, we cannot survive

since we do not really have a choice in working/producing, we are not being our true selves during that time. We only really exist outside of work, and we are alienated to the process of work itself.
