A

Vessel must be proceeding en route
Oily Mixture can not be diluted
The effluent can not exceed 15ppm
The oily mixture is processed through type approved oil filtering equipment.
Oil mixture can originate form any bilge space.
Oily Mixture is not mixed with any Oil cargo residues.
Filtering equipment must alarm if discharge is above 15ppm.

7- Procedures for reviewing and updating the SOPEP.
8- Complinace with applicable international and national regulations regarding oil pollution prevention.

-Drainage and waste from any toilet or urinal
-Drainage from any Medical facility sink, wash basins/tubs and scuppers.
-Drainage from any space containing live stock.
-Other waste water when mixed with any of the above.
