Sexualisation
A
- must not imply sexual appeal
- must not include sexual imagery
- must not state or imply that children are sexual beings and that ownership of the product will enhance their sexuality

Safety
A
- must not portray images or events that depict unsafe use of a product
- must not portray usage situations which may encourage a child to engage in dangerous activities
- must not create unrealistic impressions about safety

Social Values
A
- Must not portray images or events in a way that is on unduly frightening or distressing to children
- Must not that mean any person or group on the basis of ethnicity, nationality, race, gender, age, sexual preference, religion or mental/physical ability

A
- Contain a summary of the basic rules for the competition
- Clearly include the closing date for entries
- The chance of winning clear, fair and accurate

A
- must not undermine the authority, responsibility or judgement of parents or carers
- Must not contain an appeal to children to urge their parents to buy a product for them
- Must not state or imply that a product makes children her own or enjoy it superior to their peers
- Must not state or imply that person to buy the product are more generous than those who do not
