Cervical Extension

Answer 1

Have the patient lying prone on the table with head off the table . Then I will have the patient lift their head up and look at the sky. Stabilizing hand on chin , resistance hand on occipital bone and tell the patient to press into my hand and look at the sky. And then hold and then don’t let me press down

Cervical Flexion

Answer 2

Patient is supine. Being your head up and being your chin to your chest as if ur looking t the wall. And then ur hand will be on chest and other on forehead. Then hold and tell them to resist my force down
