I seek your blessings, Lord Shiva, may I be forgiven for the sins of my hands, feet, speech, actions, ears, eyes or mind.

Whatever sins were committed by my actions or works, Whatever sins I performed with my hands, or my feet, or my speech, or body, Whatever sins were committed by my ears and eyes, or by my mind and thoughts within.

Whatever sins were committed while performing holy rituals, Or by self-judgment, or even by mere habit, knowing or unknowingly, please forgive them all, O Sri Mahadeva Shiva Shambho, I surrender to you. You are the eternal ocean of compassion.
