HYPOTHERMIA

PROPER ETIQUETTE AND SAFETY IN THE
USE OF FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT
- Take care in using facilities and
equipment. - Only use what you already know how.
a. Don’t leave/pass on equipment in
complete disarray or dirty - Be alert and aware in the training area.
- In performing exercises/movement,
practice good form first - Bring back all equipment in place after.
- Do not hug the equipment
- Return equipment properly or leave the
venue clean - Check yourself: proper hygiene and care
- Move on double: do not loiter around
venue or hang on equipment doing nothing

teacher gives instructions
b. Could break equipment you don’t
know how to use.
c. Don’t assume you know how - Be nice, as a general rule

- Read, understand, follow all rules,
expectations, and posted signs
- Observe all posted equipment instructions
and warnings
- If there is a piece of equipment you don’t
know how to use, don’t assume you know
how to use it and ask for assistance
