What is leadership
The influence one person has over the actions of another.
Who often has the leadership role
It is often that the managers have the leadership role, as they are responsible for the company achieving its goals.
What do leaders need to do
Inspire workers to achieve the targets that have been set in place for them.
They need to influence people to do the right things.
They need to be able to motivate their team.
Helping people fulfil their goals/ targets
What do managers have to do
Organise a businesses resources
Analyse data, sales, targets reach, market share, conversion rates ect.
Completing tasks
Reviewing what has gone well
What is the difference between leadership and management
Leadership is motivational, and management is mostly organisational.
