subordinate) to carry
out specific activities.
What does controlling mean?
Verifying things are going as planned and monitoring goals being achieved
..verifying whether everything occurs
in conformities with the plans
adopted, instructions issued and
principles established.
…monitoring employees’ activities to
determine whether or not they are
achieving their assigned goals ☺
What does coordinating require?
…the unification, integration, synchronization of
the efforts of group members so as to provide
unity of action in the pursuit of common goals.
