There isn’t a set structure and members often work as a team

Key workers at the core of the business makes most decisions (more common in smaller or newer businesses)

Cross functional teams are created to run a project. The managers use peoples strengths and skills to their advantage
Whats an organisation
The way a business is structured and arranged to carry out particular jobs and activities
Whats some factors of a tall organisation
Long span of control (information can get mixed up)
Many levels (chances of promotion)
