Bacterial vaginosis.
Oral metronidazole. 
Trichomonas.
Oral metronidazole.
Gonorrhoea.
IM ceftriaxone.
Stress incontinence.
Pelvic floor exercises, duloxetine, surgical intervention.
Dehydration.
20ml/kg fluid normal saline (0.9% NaCl) bolus over 10 minutes.
Croup.
Stat dose dexamethasone 150 micrograms/kg, plus supportive measures.
Thrush.
Oral fluconazole.
Group B streptococcus in pregnancy.
Oral benzylpenicillin.
SSRI of choice in children.
Fluoxetine.
Management of OCD.
- Exposure and response prevention.
- If that is ineffective, trial SSRIs e.g., sertraline, fluoxetine
- If after 12 weeks there is no improvement, trial tricyclic antidepressants or an alternative SSRI.
Management of depression.
Bio: SSRI, SNRI, augmentation (lithium, mirtazapine), electroconvulsive therapy
Psycho: self-help, cognitive based therapy, individualised therapy
Social: relationships, occupation, financial, stress management
Obstetric cholestasis.
Ursodeoxycholic acid.
Delivery at 37 weeks.
Gestational trophoblastic disease.
Suction curettage. Chemotherapy if neoplastic.
Eczema.
- Hydrocortisone
- Betamethasone
- Mometasone
Impetigo.
Localised: topical fusidic acid
Extensive: oral flucloxacillin or clarithromycin (if penicillin allergy)
Acne.
Benzoyl peroxide (dries out skin) Adapalene (retinoid)
Consider: oral antibiotics e.g., doxycycline and COCP if not responding to the above
