- Abandonment/lack of supervision
- Caregiver engaging in overuse of drugs and alcohol
- Harming a child or placing a child in danger

Caregiver causing extreme guilt in a child (a child appearing sad and not interactive)

- Forcing the child to have SI/sodomy/touches and intimate part of the child’s body for sexual gratification

- Permitting a child to engage in sexual activity or exhibitionism
