Internal pudendal (internal iliac) and external pudendal (femoral) arteries

Superficial inguinal -> deep inguinal -> external iliac -> paraaortic

Pudendal, ilioinguinal and genitofemoral
Describe the staging of vulvar cancer
1: confined to vulva/perineum
a. <2cm and <1mm invasion
b. >2cm or >1mm invasion
2: adjacent spread to lower urethra/vagina/anus, no LNs
3. deeper invasion and LNs
a. <5mm LNs
b. >5mm LNs
c. Extracapsular spread
4. fixed to bone, ulcerated LNs or distant mets

Ant: urethra, bladder
Post: rectum, Pouch of Douglas
Lateral: levator ani, pelvic fascia, ureters

Upper: SNS and PNS via inf hypogastric plexus
