Forcibly retracted prepuce causing congestion and swelling of glans and urinary retention
What is Bowen’s disease?
- Carcinoma in situ of penis

- 10% become invasive

What is the MC cause of scrotal enlargement?
Hydrocele
What is a hydrocele (pathology)?
Accumulation of serous fluid in tunica vaginalis
What is cryptorchidism (pathology)?
Failure of descent of testis into scrotum (normally completed last 2 months in utero)
Consequence of cryptorchidism?
Testicular atrophy (both) resulting in sterility
