- @ lateral aspect of brainstem

- vestibular info to CNs III, VI, and IV
- contain occulomotor system
- next to midline & ant to central gray

A
- descending motor info
- forms pyramids in medulla

Corticobulbar Tract
A
- fibers innervate brainstem CN motor nuclei
- u/l lesion = denervation below level
- i/l lesion = contralateral supranuclear facial palsy
