intrinsic factor - binds to Vitamin B12 for absorption in ileum (end of small intestines)
mucin - destroys bacteria and virus; protects stomach lining from HCI
gastric lipase - lipid hydrolysis

trypsingen - trypsin - breaks down protein into basic amino acids
chymotrysinogen - chymotrysin - breaks down amino acids
pancreatic lipase - degrades triglycerides into fats and glycerol (alcohol, fermentation)
pancreatic amylase - breaks down starch and glycogen (stored glucose for just in case needed)
