FATS examples
coconut oil, avocados, nuts, fatty fish, dairy products
PROTEIN examples
Poultry, eggs, red meat, seafood, dairy, beans, legumes, nuts, seed, soy
Fats
hormone production, cell growth, energy storage, and the absorption of important vitamins
