Q
What is the purpose of CAC, and why is it important?
A
CAC determines if there is sufficient WAN bandwidth for voice and video communication between sites and regions. WAN congestion can result in poor quality for end users and therefore it is better to deny calls than to allow connections that result in a poor user experience.
2
