Install and configure message queuing for the Monitoring server. Install SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services and verify the Reporting Services Web Service URLs.

Wingtip Toys will not lose data in the archive for short reboots, as MSMQ will handle short outages; in this case, the Front End servers will queue IM messages until they are able to be sent to the Archiving server.
