What is a Competent Authority?
- For the purpose of this Part, the Competent Authority shall be the authority designated by the Member State to whom a person first applies for AML.
- The EASA shall be responsible for defining :
- The list of Aircraft Type; and
- What airframe/engine combination are included in each particular Aircraft Type Rating
