Lymphadenopthay
Enlargement of the lymph nodes, may be palpable in superficial notes, may be localized (contained infection/disease) or generalized (systemic inflammation/malignancy/infection)
Lymphedema
edematous swelling due to excess accumulation of lymph fluid in tissues caused by inadequate lymph drainage. May present as swelling and distortion of extremities. Commonly due to lymph vessel obstruction. If long term, the edema will be hard and non pitting.
Lymphadenitis
inflammation of one or more lymphatic nodes. May result in the breakdown of the overlying tissue.
Lymphangitis
Inflammation of one or more lymphatic vessels, commonly causes red streaks in the skin following the course of the lymph vessel.

- location
- size
- shape
- color
- temperature
- tenderness
- consistency
- degree of fixation
- margins
