Paraphimosis
inflammation of the glans penis preventing the foreskin from reducing over the glans, glans is often congested and foreskin edematous, constricting band of tissue can form behind glans
Hypospadiasis
Urethral meatus located on the ventral surface of the
glans penile shaft or the base of the penis
Chancre
Painless lesion on penis, solitary lesion; firm, round, small, commonly located on the glans but can be located on the foreskin, usually develops within 2 weeks of exposure, indicates Syphillis
Condyloma
genital warts secondary to HPV, soft, painless, highly variable in formation
Peyronie disease
fibrous band in the corpus cavernosum, causing bending and/or indentation of the erection, mid-top usually affected.
Hydrocele
Fluid accumulates in the scrotum as a result of
a defect in the tunica vaginalis, Nontender, smooth, firm mass superior and anterior to the testes
Spermatocele
Smooth, spherical, nontender mass at epididymis (superior and posterior to the testis), Benign cystic accumulation of sperm occurring on the epididymis
Variocele
Abnormal tortuosity and dilation of veins of the pampiniform plexus within the spermatic cord
Epididymitis
Inflammation of the epididymis (a major consideration in the differential diagnosis is testicular torsion)
Testicular tumor
Irregular, nontender mass fixed on the testis, Does not transilluminate
Epispadias
urethral meatus is on the dorsal surface
Cryptorchidism
undescended testicle
