Trachea and esophagus
Mediastinal lymph node
Upper limb, breast, skin above umbilicus
Axillary lymph node
Liver, stomach, spleen, pancreas, upper duodenum
Celiac lymph node
Lower duodenum, jejunum, ileum, colon to splenic felxure
Superior mesenteric lymph node
Colon from splenic flexure to upper rectum
Inferior mesenteric
Lower rectum to anal canal (above pectinate line), bladder, vagina (middle third), prostate
Internal iliac lymph node
Testes, ovaries, kidneys, uterus
Para-aortic lymph node
Anal canal (below pectinate line), skin below umbilicus (except popliteal territory), scrotum
Superficial inguinal lymph node
Dorsolateral foot, posterior calf
Popliteal lymph node
Right lymphatic duct
Drains right side of body above diaphragm
Thoracic duct
Drains everything else into junction of left subclavian and internal jugular veins
Drains head and neck
