What are the restrictions of VIS CON 2?
A
- Work request approved on an individual basis
- Unless visual, aircraft position reports should be made
- No movements if TWY D + F barriers are not in place
- Vehicles using TWY E should report when they have replaced the D + E barriers
- Only use TWY F when visual with it
- Only use CX when continuously visual with TWY C

What are the ATC actions in VIS CON 2?
A
- Notify AFS and request Safeguarding
- Cancel free ranging
- Turn on the Standby generator
- Withdraw non essential activities from the manoeuvering area
- Remove all traffic from the ILS sensitive areas
- Select CAT 1 lighting
- Ensure helicopters use the runways and taxiways
- Do not use the Charlie vehicle roadway
- Inform AFS of any movements from TWY D
- Select stopbars for intermediate holds
- When AD Safeguarded, Make a general broadcast.

What are the ATC actions in VIS CON 3?
A
- LSB for each movement
- Remove all non essential vehicles and personnel from the manoeuvring area
- Complete an inspection 15 minutes prior to an aircraft movement
- No engine runs on TWY F

What are the restrictions in VIS CON 3?
A
- ILS critical area to be protected by the time an aircraft is on a 6NM final
- All runway Stop-bars must be selected prior to any runway movements
- Only one movement between each set of Stop-bars
- Only one aircraft to remote hold on TWYs B / Z
- Traffic information to be passed between aircraft pushing from Stand 10 and aircraft holding at C3

What are the ATC actions in VIS CON 4?
A
- Only allow one aircraft between C3 and A1
- No aircraft can use TWYs B or Z unless a follow me has been arranged
- The follow me procedure for TWY D should be used
- Pilots parking on the North Apron should wait with their aircraft until LSA transport has arrived.
