A

Small cell lung carcinoma
15-20%
Smokers
Aggressive, often metastatic at diagnosis

Non-small cell lung carcinoma
80-85%
3 types – adeno-, squamous and large cell
Adenocarcinoma is commonest, smokers and in non-smokers
