a condition in which the central canal is narrowed by tumour, disc prolapse or other similar degenerative changes

A
- back pain
- neuropathic pain
- sx mimicking claudication

how do you differentiate claudication from LSS from true claudication?
A
positional element to the pain
- sitting is better than standing
- easier to walk uphill rather than downhill
