Setup
-> RW34 10/4 rings
-> BARO 1100
-> RW16 249/4.2 ring and radial
Flying
-> 2nm before ABDOX = “Approaching descent”
-> 1100 set VNAV PTH SPD INTV
-> FAF - 3000 no flags // alt checks no flags
-> Altitude and distance checks using fix page
-> 1000ft = DO NOTHING
-> 4nm config gear down f15 l/d checks to flaps
-> minima - ALT HLD (confirm) MAA 3000 set 294 HDG SEL
-> Adjust HDG for 294 T
-> Timing when wings level 20secs - 1/2 TWC PROG page 2
-> Time out = 334
-> Timing - Abeam - 26 secs - 1/2 TWC
-> Time out = F25/F40 complete L/d checklist
-> 2 red/white disconnect, reduce thrust, monitor speed and rod
-> Manuvure by 300, configed by 500ft
-> 300 continue
-> Recycle FDs

550m FO for T/o
125m for CPT (7 R/Y lights)
-> GA below 400ft expect trimmed nose up due to FLARE armed

-> Squeeze and freeze - eyes to the end

-> Slow rotation to 12.5* V2 -V2+20

-> 1000ft retract the flaps
-> Accelerate to F1 maneuvre speed before flap retraction
-> Maintain Vref ICE+5 or Vref +15 until flap retraction altitude
-> 15* aob below Vref + 15 and Vref ICE + 5
APU fire
Memory items
-> APU fire switch - confirm PULL and rotate to the stop for 1 sec if illuminated
-> APU OFF
