<40 reduce xwind limit by 1kt per 1m below 40m

Visual App
-> L/d gate = L/d altitude + 500ft set on BARO
-> GA instructions must be confirmed by atc before starting app
-> Identify and agree a point not more than 4NM from R/Y make altitude hard at this point
-> Established before that point G down F15
-> PF on PTH +/- 400ft before turing final
-> RX point with 3* slope or glide PAPI path
-> LNA/VNAV
Survival - Dual engine fail
Memory items
-> Eng start Switch - FLT
-> Eng start lever - CUTOFF
-> Eng start lever - IDLE when EGT decreases
-> No start within 30 secs or redline confirm CUTOFF
BRACE BRACE = 30 secs from L/D
Consider 05R as its closer for gliding
Survival - ENG surge and stall
