- Divert.
- Angiodysplasia-slow bleeding, iron def anaemia
- Colitis-Chrons, UC, CMV or shigella (ulcers, sloughing)
- malignancy (presents with anaemia)
- haemorrhoids (senses what is in rectum, gives idea about continence)

double balloon endoscopy-allows to transverse small bowel (like colonoscopy plus SB)
