Management of bleeding ?

A

ABC
Isotonic crystalloids or PRBC
NGT placement if melena
correct coagulopathy
endoscopy once stabilized
surgery for volvolus, Meckle’s, non-reducible intussusception
CT angiography
VCE
if UGIB PPI infusion +/- octerotide
