  • Lesion: trama or compression of lateral aspect of leg, fibular neck fracture
  • “Foot drop”-inverted and plantarflexed at rest, loss of eversion and dorsiflexion.
  • “Steppage gait.”
  • Loss of sensation on dorsum of foot.
