Bend asymptomatic leg over symptomatic leg and adduct the bottom leg, keeping the knee straight
Slightly side bend the pt towards the side with the bent knee
Facing the pt, stand in-between pt legs so the outside of pt ankle is on your hip
Contact on pt bent knee to stabilise
Pt pushes laterally against your hip
Resist
Pt breathe and stretch leg more by leaning into their straight leg
