Main ideas about love:

A

1) Petrarchan love - hyperbolic attitudes towards love. Exposes the dangers of an intense and excessive love at an impressionable age.

2) Romeo and Juliet’s love is too fragile to exist in this world. Shakespeare comments on the immovable social laws which is mirrored in Romeo and Juliet’s relationship.
