“PM” Prominent rash associated with anaphylaxis providing all systemic symptoms have resolved and Minor allergic reaction confined to skin involvement

Severe allergy
Pt age less than one years old

A
Non sedating anti histamine. Antagonist of peripheral histamine receptors which reduces itchiness and redness

Per oral, tablets can be crushed

Pt 12 years or older: 10mg
Pt 1-11 years old: 5mg
