What does having an internal/external locus of control mean?
A
Internal: feels personally able to influence events
External: feels that factors outside their control influence events.

A
Internality: the extent to which individuals perceive internal control over their health.
Chance: the belief that chance/fate can influence health (ext factors)
Powerful others: the belief in the control of health professionals in maintaining a healthy lifestyle
