Between the TRACON (AAC) and the ATCT (ACT)

AAC Shall:

Answer 1

AAC(tracon)- Shall

Notify ACT of:
Changes to operational status of the radar
Approaches in use at the start of each shift and when the approach in use changes
VFR aircraft requesting pattern work to include
Position, Callsign, Type of Aircraft, VFR Reporting Point

Assign transponder codes to VFR aircraft in accordance with this letter

ACT Shall:

Answer 2

ACT shall:

Notify AAC of departing VFR aircraft requesting radar service to include:
Callsign, Type of aircraft, and Direction of flight
Notify and update AAC of:
Runway in use
Emergency aircraft that may effect AAC airspace
ATIS code information as it is updated
D-BRITE outage
