Local Authority:
* Develop effective communication and consultation with all employees and representatives in health and safety matters to prevent accidents leading to ill health
Manager/ care home owner:
* develop, review and update the homes health and safety policies and procedures. maintain effective relationships
Headteacher/ board of governors:
* in charge of schools and ensure all staff and students are safe with A+SC
