Food safety requirements:

• describing food in a misleading way
Food safety:
• ensures common food hygiene
• covers temperature control of food

The data protection act 1998
Principles:
• data must be kept secure
• data must be relevant
• data stored no longer than necessary
• data stored busy be kept accurate and up to date
• data must be obtained and processed lawfully
Manual handling operations regulations 1992
1) The employers duty is to avoid manual handling as far as reasonable practicable
2) assess manual handling operations which can’t be avoided
