Inclusion Criteria
3 Criteria
- Sudden onset and rapid progression of symptoms
- Life threatening Airway and/or Breathing and/or Circulatory Problems
- Skin and/or mucosal changes (flushing, uticaria, angioedema)
Anaphylaxis ABCDE Assessment: Airway

Hypothermic patients (do not give repeat doses)

Medication Name
Adrenaline (Epinephrine) 1:1000 solution for injection
Adrenaline Auto-Injector
Route of Administration
Intramuscular Injection
(preferably anterolateral thigh or upper arm)
Inject IM, hold for 10 sec, rub injection site for 10 sec

Adult (> 12 yrs) Dose
0.3 mg
Repeat at 5 min intervals according to Pt response to Rx

Child (2-11 yrs) Dose
0.15 mg
Repeat at 5 min intervals according to Pt response to Rx
