What is the echogenicity of the kidney spleen and pancreas compared to the liver? 
The kidney has the same echogenecity as the liver or little less
The spleen ecotenecity is the same as liver or a little more
The pancreas echogenecity is the same as liver or slightly more
What helps with visualizing the pancreas?
The prominent left lobe of the liver 
What is the pancreas relationship with the liver ?
The pancreas is inferior to the border of the left lobe
What help visualize the right kidney and gallbladder?
The right lobe of the liver
What is a normal anatomy of the liver?
Occupies most of the right hypochondrium, the greater part of the epigastrium, and the left hypochondrium

What is bare area?
It’s the area of the liver that is not covered by peritoneum
Where do abscesses usually form?
In subphrenic area between liver/spleen, and diaphragm or the lesser sac
Where is the right posterior subphrenic space located?
In between the right lobe of the liver, the right kidney and the right colic flexure
Where is the lesser sac located in relationship to the liver/stomach?
Posterior
Where is the Right subhepatic space located and what does it include?
The Right subhepatic space is located inferior to the right lobe of the liver and includes the Morrison pouch
Where is the Morisons pouch located in relationship to the liver ?
Posterior to the right lobe and upper pole of the right kidney
