Factores de riesgo para litiasis Renal

A

Hipercalciuria: >1gr, excreción 200 mg en 24h
Hiperuricosuria excr >600mg/dia ac úrico
Hipocitraturia, excr citrato, inhib de cristalización
Alt de Ph urinario, <5.5 ácido/ >6.8 alcalino
Vol urinario reducido: en litiasis calcica

Cólico renoureteral (como lumbalgia)
Hematuria

Náuseas vómitos estreñimiento diaforesis

En fosa lumbar, irradiaba fosa iliaca ipsilateral
